Bami Goreng (Stir fry Noodles)
Time to prepare:
Ingredients (4 persons):
250 Grams of noodles (dry/fresh) 2 Tablespoons of cooking oil 1 Onion sliced Thinly sliced pork 1 Cup of thinly sliced cabbage 1 Carrot thinly sliced 1 Teaspoon of sugar 2 Tablespoons of soy sauce Half a cup of pork stock Sunny side up fried eggs for decoration
How to prepare:
1. In a pan warm the oil nd saute the onion together with the pork. Add the noodles, and the vegetables. Continue cooking for about 3 minutes.
2. Pour the pork stock and continue stirring. Simmer without cover until noodles and vegetables are cook. Season according to your taste: sugar and soy sauce.
3. Serve with fried egg and some chopped chilies.
