Ingredients (2 persons):

500 Grams of beef thinly sliced 1 Big white onion thinly sliced 2 Tablespoons of cooking oil 1 Teaspoon of sugar 4 Tablespoons of soy sauce 2 Eggs slighly beaten 2 Cups of cooked white rice

How to prepare:

1. In a pan, put the oil and fry the beef. Add the onions, sugar, and soy sauce. Do not overcook, stir-fry for about five minutes or depending on the thickness of the beef. Once beef is done, pour the beaten egg and slightly stir then cover.


2. Serve this on top of your cooked rice.
