Ingredients (4 persons):
Paksiw na Pata1.5 kilos Pata8 cups of pork stock (1730 grams)1/3 cup soy sauce (70 grams)2 of 1/8 cup vinegar (50 grams)8 TBS brown sugar (112 grams)2 TBS fish sauce (34 grams)1 tsp freshly ground black pepper9 grams oregano329 grams potato18 grams bread crumbs40 grams banana blossom2 medium onions1/4 tsp
How to prepare:
Boil pork with a little bit of salt and 1 onion until tender. Save pork stock.
Combine all ingredients and bring it to boil for 10-15 mins.
