Poached Eggs in Tomato Sauce with Garlic Bread
Everyone knows that eggs are high in cholesterol level; however, it is not entirely bad for the health. Here's how you can make it healthier!

Ingredients (1 person):
4 tbsp. tomato sauce2 medium-sized tomatoes2 cloves garlic (minced)Onion (minced)Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Sugar, PaprikaPepper flakesGrated cheeseVegetable or canola oil
How to prepare:
In a pan, pour oil over medium heat and sauté onion, garlic and pepper flakes for one minute. Then add some fresh tomatoes and mix the tomato sauce. Bring to boil and season with salt, pepper, sugar and cumin. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
Crack eggs in tomato mixture and cook for 5 minutes. Before removing pan from heat, sprinkle eggs with paprika and top with grated cheese. Let stand for 3 more minutes. For the garlic bread, simply mix butter with garlic powder and spread on toast. Lastly, transfer on serving plate and voila!
