Easy Pizza Margarita

Ingredients (4 persons):
a pack of ready to use pizza dough (available in any supermarkets)
4 cloves of garlic mince,
1 kilograms of fresh tomatoes peeled and seeded (or you can use 1 tin can of tomato sauce),
3 tablespoons of olive oil,
1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese ,
fresh basil leaves chopped finely
How to prepare:
A super great meal for family to enjoy during the weekend!
1. For the tomato sauce, in sauce pan, fry the garlic with the olive oil and add the chopped, peeled and seeded tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, basil and oregano. Stir and let it simmer until sauce thickens. You can do this in advance and keep it until ready for cooking.
2. Flatten the dough and put a good amount of olive oil on the top and add the tomato sauce. Add the cheese and basil. You can add more toppings as to your liking: leftover vegetables, meat, etc.
3. Pre-heat the oven at 200°celsius. Bake the pizza for ten to fifteen minutes.
