How to prepare:

This is one of my mom's favorite dishes for the weekend; Super easy to cook and very tasty!

1. Start by putting some oil on your cooking pan. Fry the garlic and onion. Add the tomatoes and continue stirring until tomatoes are cooked.

2. Then add your pork and let it fry until it becomes golden brown. Season with salt, pepper and some soy sauce. Add the tomato paste, tomato sauce and half a glass of water. Put the bay leaves, cover and let it simmer for about twenty minutes.

3. After the first boil, add the potatoes and carrots; Cover and continue simmering until sauce thickens and vegetables are soft and tender. YOu could also rectify seasoning if it still needs more salt or pepper.

4. Serve with steamed rice.
