Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients (8 persons):
1 1/2 cup APF1 cup brown sugar1/2 cup cocoa sifted i use Rodelle's1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda2 tsp coffee powder1 large egg1 tsp vanilla1 cup milk1/2 cup corn oil or canola oil2 cups mashed ripe bananas
How to prepare:
Preheat oven to 180 deg C.
Sift all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix all the wet ingredients in another bowl.
Combine the dry and wet ingredients.
Stir using a wooden spatula or rubber scraper will be fine.
Scoop into baking cups less than 3/4 full.
bake for 10-12 mins.
Optional*
Put a scoop of Nutella on top and sprinkle white choco chips.
