Ingredients (6 persons):

About a kilo of mussels 2 tablespoons of finely chopped garlic half a cup of melted butter half a cup of grated quick melt cheese freshly ground pepper

How to prepare:

1. Wash and clean the mussels. Put them in a big casserole; cover and let it open over medium high fire for about five to seven minutes; Open the mussels one by one. This is the only part that is time consuming the rest is very simple and easy.


2. Once the mussels are open keep the side with the mussel on the shell. Spoon some butter, then top with garlic and some grated cheese. Bake this for about ten to fifteen minutes or until cheese are completely melted.


3. Serve hot!
