Apple rosemary frozen yogurt

Ingredients (6 persons):
1 cup Greek yogurt500 ml apple juice unsweetened2 fresh rosemary sprigs100 g sugar10 pieces diced grapes (optional)2 diced kiwi (optional)
How to prepare:
1. Put the apple juice, sugar and rosemary in a saucepan and let it simmer for around 5 minutes. Make sure the sugar is dissolved.
2. Remove off the fire and let it cool.
3. Remove the rosemary sprig and mix the cooled liquid together with the Greek yogurt and the diced fruits.
4. Churn in an ice cream mixer for around 20 minutes or until it forms.
