Banana, PB & Yogurt
3-Ingredient, sugar-free, no-cook ice cream!

Ingredients (4 persons):
3 large ripe bananas1 cup Greek yogurt2 tbsp peanut butter or any nut butter
How to prepare:
1. Mash the bananas really well and make sure it’s a bit runny. It would be even better if you use really ripe ones cause they are sweeter and easier to mash.
2. Mix the Greek yogurt with the banana.
3. Add in the peanut butter and mix well. You can choose to put in other kinds of nut butters like almond or cashew. I’m sure they’ll taste great with this recipe too.
4. Churn in an ice cream maker for 20-30 minutes.
