1 kilo Chicken Breast1 can evaporated milk or coconut milk1 pack pineapple tidbits1 medium carrot2 medium potatoes, quartered2 medium bell peppers, quartered1 medium onion1 head garlic2 tbsps fish saucesalt and pepper to taste
How to prepare:
1. Saute onion and garlic. 2. Add chicken breast. 3. Simmer until it turns slightly brown. 4. Add water and boil for 20 mins til it becomes tender. 5. Add potatoes, bell peppers and carrots. 6. Add pineapple tidbits with the juice. 7. Simmer for 10 mins until vegetables become tender. 8. Add salt and pepper or fish sauce to desired taste. 9. Add milk. 10. Simmer for 5 mins. 11. Top with cheese (optional).
