Half a kilo of pork tenderloinOne clove of garlic1 small onion1 small piece of ginger1 small red pepper1 small green peppera small pineapple20 g of butteroil1 tablespoon of vinegar (preferably balsamic vinegar)1 tablespoon of Honey1 tablespoon of cornstarch salt
Cut the pineapple into large dices.
In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add the butter, and caramelize the pineapple. Once the pineapple is golden brown, remove it.
In the same pan, add the minced garlic and ginger along with the chopped onions. Cut the bell peppers into large chunks and add them to the pan.
Add the diced pork and continue cooking over high heat for 5 minutes. Finally add the pineapple and all the seasoning: vinegar, salt, honey. Also add the cornstarch and 1/4 cup of water. Continue cooking until the sauce thickens.
Serve with rice .
