Ingredients (4 persons):

4 To 5 pieces of large sized squid A bottle of 7-up 4 Kalamansi juice 4 Tablespoons of soy sauce Freshly ground pepper

How to prepare:

The easiest way I could think of and is perfect with cold beer is grilled squid!


1. Start by cleaning th squid. Wash and pull the plastic like structure inside.


2. Then marinate them with soy sauce, kalamansi and some seven-up or sprite and freshly ground pepper for a least an hour.


3. Grill them over very hot charcoal fire for about three to five minutes. Not longer than that.


4. For the sauce you can serve this with vinegar, garlic and chilis.
