Grilled chicken and corn in tomato cheese sauce top with potato crisp

Ingredients (4 persons):
Chicken fillet, half kilo, slicedTomato paste, 2 tbspGarlic, mincedOnion, choppedTomato, choppedSalt and pepper1 tsp of sugarCorn kernel, 1/2 cupCheese, grated1 pack wanda cheese sauceWater, half cupCarrots, sliced any way u wantPotato, sliced thinly, season it with salt and pepper1 chicken cube
How to prepare:
Marinate chicken with salt and pepper. Grill until brown both sides and set aside. Deep fry the potato, set aside. In a pan, saute garlic, onion, tomato. Add carrots and chicken cube. Saute for 2 mins. Pour the water, tomato paste, cheese sauce, a little of sugar and the grated cheese. Mix until well combined and thickened. Arranged the grilled chicken on a platter. Pour the cooked sauce and top with potato crisp. Serve hot.
