Ingredients (10 persons):

2 Large bananas2 Large eggs3 Tsps cinnamon2 Tsps vanilla1/3 Cup maple syrup or honey1/4 Cup grated apple1 Cup greek yogurt3 Cups rolled oats2 Tsps baking powder1 Cup milk1/4 Tsp salt

How to prepare:

1. Preheat oven to 180 C.


2. Mash bananas then mix in eggs, vanilla, maple/honey, yogurt, apple, milk, baking powder, oats, salt.


3. Soak for 30 minutes to an hour.


4. Line baking pan and fill with batter. Put some toppers on the muffin like bananas, berries, apples, nuts or chocolate


5. Bake for 30 minutes.


Great for babies too cause it’s not too sweet and great for lactating moms too


This recipe was able to make 24 regular sized cupcakes.
