Ingredients (4 persons):

1 bunch romaine hearts
2 small red onions sliced thinly
10 pcs heirloom tomatoes halved or quartered
1/2 cucumber sliced thick
1/8 cup kalamata olives
1/4 cup feta cheese

Vinaigrette:
2 tbsp lemon juice
3-4 tbsp olive oil
2 leaves oregano sliced thinly
salt and pepper to taste

How to prepare:

1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.


2. For the vinaigrette, whisk all ingredients together until mixed well.


3. Pour vinaigrette on the salad and mix all together. Serve.
