Ingredients (10 persons):

1 Pack peotraco gummix500G marshmallow1000G powdered sugar51G shortening30G water

How to prepare:

Step 1: in a large bowl, put the marshmallow together with the water and microwave for 30 seconds until the marshmallow melt, stirring every 30 seconds out from microwave.


Step 2: on your work area, put a little bit of shortening then followed by the powdered sugar and, shortening, and the gummix powder, and make a well in the middle.


Step 3: pour in the melted marshmallow and mix it all until it formed like a dough. Knead until you achieve the desired smooth and consistency. It should be pliable and elastic. You can use a stand mixer and use a dough hook for kneading.


Note: if you dont have a microwave u can use a double boiler to melt the marshmallow.
