500g Frozen Firm Tofu2 medium size Red Bell Peppers250g Frozen Mixed Veggies1 cup Dried Cranberries2 Tbsp Pizza Seasoning Herbs1 Tbsp Paprika1 tsp Garlic Powder1 tsp Onion powder1 tsp Ground Black PepperHimalayan salt to taste2 Tbsp Sesame OilExtra Virgin Olive Oil for sauteingLiquid seasoning, depends on your taste.
How to prepare:
1. Crumble the frozen and thawed firm tofu.
2. Sauté the crumbled tofu with extra virgin olive oil. Cook about 5 minutes in medium heat/fire.
3. Add the frozen mixed veggies, red bell peppers, and cranberries. Cook for another 10 minutes.
4. Add all seasoning and dried herbs. Add sesame oil. Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until done.
