Ingredients (10 persons):

Cream Puff:
Preheat oven to 375F
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1tsp sugar
1/4tsp salt
- Melt together in a saucepan then bring to a slight boil then add
1 cup All Pupose Flour all at once
-Mix ng bongga with a wooden spoon for 2-3mins
-Remove from heat then transfer sa mixing bowl.
-Beat the mixture on low mga 1minute lang para lang magcool down ng konti. Tapos add
4eggs one at a time lang po mixing well before adding the next one.
-Kpag na add n lhat ng eggs at parang paste n sya, transfer n s piping bag, then pipe n kyo ng maliliit n round shape, or mga 2inch strip (to make eclairs) s baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Bake for 25-30minutes @ 375F.
Please do not open your oven while baking, babagsak po kc sya.
- Cool completely, mapapansin nyo po na sa middle part nya may mga holes or weak spot, dun nyo po ipipe ung cream filling hanggang s mafeel nyo n bumigat n sya, pwede nyo gamitin ung piping tip for lettering.
- Yung top po, pwede nyo idrizzle ng ganache, dip in ganache or isprinkle ng combination ng powdered sugar at cocoa powder, pwede din n idip nyo s caramelize sugar, eto ung ingredients
-3Tbsp ng water,
-1cup sugar at
-1Tbsp corn syrup.
iboil mo lang hanggang magcaramelize. dont forget to brush the sides of the pan with water para hndi magcrystallize
Pastry Cream Filling:
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
Pinch of salt
-Whisk together in a saucepan
2 cups milk
4 yolks
-Whisk together then add to the saucepan.
-Cook over medium heat til thick. Remove from heat then add 1tsp vanilla.
-Strain over a fine sieve. Mix in 2Tbsp butter.
-Cover directly with a cling wrap then refrigerate til ready to use.
Enjoy.
