Banana Chocolate Crepe

Ingredients (2 persons):
1 Egg Half cup of milk Half a cup of flour A pinch of salt 1 Tablespoon of sugar 50 Grams of butter 2 Bananas Some melted chocolate for toppings
How to prepare:
1. Whisk together egg, sugar, salt and melted butter. Pour the milk and add the flour. Mix well until the mixture is smooth.
2. In a non-stick pan, laddle your crepe mixture when the pan becomes very hot. Cook for at least one minute each side or until it becomes brown. You can put some butter on the pan to help achieve a beautiful color for the crepe. Once all the crepe are cooked set them aside.
3. On the same pan, cook your bananas, with some butter and sugar until banana caramelizes. Fold these bananas on your crepe and top it with melted chocolate.
