Fish in ginger stew

Ingredients (2 persons):
3 TBS vegetable oil60 grams ginger5 cloves garlic (15 grams)1 onion (28 grams)500 grams maya-maya2 TBS fish sauce3 cups fish stockPechay BaguioChilli Leaves
How to prepare:
Saute ginger, onions and garlic.
Add fish and fish sauce then simmer for a few minutes.
Then add fish stock or water.
Simmer for 5 to 8 minutes or until the fish is almost cook.
Then add your green leafy veggies.
