Banana Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Breakfast is in fact the most important meal of the day and overnight oats is perfect.

Ingredients (1 person):
½ cup rolled oats¾ cup low-fat milk3 tbsp Greek yogurt2 mashed bananascinnamonpinch of salt2 tsp. chia seedsMason jar or bowl if you don’t have one
How to prepare:
Note: If it’s your first time eating overnight oats, don’t worry. Since the oats are soaked overnight, it will absorb the liquid. So it’s very important to combine all the ingredients well.
In the morning, you can eat it as is or add some sliced bananas and additional chia seeds.
