Banana Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients (1 person):

½ cup rolled oats¾ cup low-fat milk3 tbsp Greek yogurt2 mashed bananascinnamonpinch of salt2 tsp. chia seedsMason jar or bowl if you don’t have one

How to prepare:

Simply combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Once mixed, you may transfer it in a jar and place it in the fridge overnight.

Note: If it’s your first time eating overnight oats, don’t worry. Since the oats are soaked overnight, it will absorb the liquid. So it’s very important to combine all the ingredients well.



In the morning, you can eat it as is or add some sliced bananas and additional chia seeds.
