Ingredients (4 persons):

1 tbsp cooking oil1 medium size red onion 1 inch ginger4 cloves garlic2 cups cubed kalabasa2 cups sitaw1 cup okra1 cup kundol1/2 cup ampalaya1/2 cup ripe tomatoes3tbsp bagoong isdaBlack pepper1 whole grilled fishWater - optional

How to prepare:

1. Heat cooking oil in a pan and saute onion, ginger and garlic.


2. Add in kalabasa, sitaw, okra, kundol, ampalaya, tomatoes and bagoong isda one at a time and saute each for around a minute before adding in the next ingredient.


3. Add a bit of water if necessary and let the vegetables cook.


4. Season with pepper.


5. Grill fish separately and put on top of the vegetables.
