Ingredients (4 persons):

4 cups of cooked rice (keep hot),
chili bean paste (gochujang),
Seasoned vegetables:
1 zucchini cut into strips,
1 carrot cut into strips,
250 grams of spinach leaves (blanched in boiling water and pressed) ( you can add other vegetables like bean sprouts, mushrooms, etc)
1 teaspoon of crush garlic,
1 teaspoon of sesame oil,
1 teaspoon of salt,
Beef (250 grams) ground or thinly sliced (depending on the available beef),
2 teaspoons of soy sauce,
1 teaspoon of minced garlic,
1 teaspoon of sesame oil,
1 teaspoon of sugar

How to prepare:

1. Start with the vegetables, bring to boil a pot of water and blanch one by one the vegetables by one minute. Squeeze them dry then add sesame oil, salt and minced garlic. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the vegetables: carrots, spinach. Set them aside.


2. Combine in a small bowl, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic with the beef. In a non stick pan, fry the beef. Remove from the heat and set aside.


3. Scoop the hot cooked rice into 4 bowls and top each with the vegetables and beef. Serve with chili bean paste on the side.
