No-Bake Protein Oatmeal Cookies
Here's another way to enjoy whey protein. It's protein rich, it's no-bake, and it's so yummy, perfect for some chocolate fix without the guilt.
Time to prepare:
Ingredients (10 persons):
1 Cup oats2 Scoops whey protein powder (chocolate flavor)1/2 Cup peanut butter1 Tbsp natural honey1/4 Cup cereal milk or unsweetened almond milk
How to prepare:
1. In a clean bowl, pour in all ingredients together and mix well until it forms a dough.
2. Roll into individual balls and flatten to form a cookie.
3. Lay each cookie in a baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
